Gibbs Tree Service LLC offers professional tree and property services in Sussex County, Delaware and surrounding areas, including:

• Tree removal and emergency tree removal
• Tree trimming and pruning
• Stump grinding and removal
• Storm cleanup and land clearing
• General yard and property cleanup

Service agreements are confirmed upon scheduling. Estimates provided are subject to change based on final scope of work, site conditions, or changes requested by the customer.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may be adjusted if the scope of work changes after the initial estimate. Any changes to scope will be communicated to the customer prior to performing additional work. Gibbs Tree Service LLC reserves the right to decline any job that presents safety concerns or falls outside our service area.

Scheduling & Cancellation

Customers may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee based on the service booked.

Gibbs Tree Service LLC reserves the right to reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify customers as promptly as possible in such situations.

Customers are responsible for notifying Gibbs Tree Service LLC of any known hazards, underground lines, or special conditions on the property before work begins. Failure to disclose known hazards may limit our liability for resulting damage.

Gibbs Tree Service LLC is not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in SMS message delivery caused by wireless carriers or third-party messaging platforms. Carrier message delivery is not guaranteed.

Customer Responsibilities
